Tuition: $180.00 (50 percent deposit required at registration)

Students will learn the basics of holistic health including proper nutrition self-care for the therapist and other forms of movement therapies including Yoga, Tai Chi, resistance training and stress reduction techniques to promote inner awareness and self-care.
